Written Directions

In Carrboro take Jones Ferry Road over University lake and take a right onto Old Greensboro road. Follow Old Greensboro road signs all the way west to Greensboro, NC. Road stops at Route 62.

Scenery

Beautiful rolling hills and pastures, parts of the road are covered by the tree canopy from both sides of the road. Towards then end of the route there is a bizarre looking faux Victorian home.

Drive Enjoyment

The road condition is great, lots of twisties, a few great sweepers. A few intersections, but they are few and far between.

Tourism Opportunities

There is a gas station halfway between Chapel Hill and Greensboro, and a gas station at the end of the route which terminates at Greensboro right at I-85.
