Written Directions
Start in Franklin, Indiana, at the Shell where SR 144, SR 44 and US 31 all meet.
Go south on US 31 for about three-quarters of mile, and take South Nineveh Road on the right.
Nineveh Road becomes a few County Roads (125 South, 100 East and 225 South) and later County Road 300 South just past the town of Nineveh.
Turn right on Beech Tree Lane, which a wonderful two mile stretch. Where it T's, turn left on North Peoga Ridge Road/Sweetwater Trail for five and half miles.
Turn right on Gatesville Road for about a mile and half, then left on Clay Lick Road for about 5 miles.
Take the sharp right onto Old State Road 46. It will turn into Main Street, and you will soon find yourself surrounded by the quaint shops of Nashville, Indiana
Scenery
This ride will expose you to nearly all the different types of scenery you will see in Indiana. From wide farm fields to closed in tree lined roads the wind through the country side.Make time to explore Nashville, Indiana. Like its names sake in Tennessee, music is big, but it is bluegrass here. Nashville is also filled with lots of shops and artists galleries. Try to dine at either the Hob Nob Corner or The Brown County Inn.
You might even hear a boom, or see an A-10 Warthog flying over when you ride along Camp Atterbury.
Drive Enjoyment
Most of the roads are kept in very good shape. In the spring, there will be gravel around the corners and intersections.
Tourism Opportunities
Nineveh has a few interesting stores, but the real treat is the destination, Nashville, Indiana. There are all kind of stores, and arts galleries. Some great stores if you are looking for leather for you and your bike.
