Written Directions

Starting in Mountain View, AR go east on AR-14 for 8 Miles then turn left onto AR-58 E. Follow AR-58 E for about 18 miles then turn left onto AR-69 N. Follow AR-69 N for about 6 miles until you reach Melbourne. This 18 mile stretch of Hwy 58 is beautiful with lots of twists and turns and awesome views of the valley and mountains around.

Scenery

You can see the valley and White River below. And the road has several inclines and twists and turns.

Drive Enjoyment

The road is very curvy, with some very steep inclines. The pavement surface is great with some fairly fresh asphalt.

Tourism Opportunities

White river is along the route. The route is in the Ozark National Forest. Tommy's Famous Pizzeria has great food as well as Wing Shack-Cheeseburger Grill.
