Written Directions

Heading North out of Enterprise take AL 27 up to Ozark where it becomes SR 27 to Abbeville where you get onto AL 95 until it ends at US 431.

Scenery

Pass through a few small towns. Lots of rolling farm land and some wooded areas. As you get to the northern end of the route you will be beside the Walter F George Reservoir.

Drive Enjoyment

Roads are in good shape, lots of decent turns and elevation change. Mosly light traffic with plenty of passing areas.

Tourism Opportunities

Small towns offer places to stop and eat. Got food at Thelma's Kitchen on the north end of the route. Very good food and will be back again.

This is a great route if you are in this area. I like Hwy 27 between Enterprise and Ozark the best followed by the next section of 27. And once in Abbeville have lunch or dinner at Huggin Molly's. It is a unique place in a unique town.
