Written Directions

Between North Hudson and Newcomb NY, just off of I-87

Scenery

Route runs through the southern Adirondack Mountains. Because it is heavily forested there are no long range views.

Drive Enjoyment

Numerous elevation changes, minimal crossroads and driveways. Mostly sweepers with a few blind hills. Since it is not a primary road the traffic is minimal. In July 2017 the pavement was in excellent condition.

Tourism Opportunities

Between North Hudson and Newcomb NY there are no amenities.

31 miles of great scenery, excellent pavement in 2017 and very little traffic, even on the weekends.

I submitted this route to MCR a few years ago. One nice thing about it is there is very little traffic, regardless of the day of the week.
