Written Directions

From Salem, OR and take the Santiam Hwy (Hwy 22) west all the way to US Hwy 101.

Scenery

Hwy 22 has great scenery and is good for all bikes all though it is a safety corridor so mind your speed.

Drive Enjoyment

Hwy 22 has very gentle curves and the road is well maintained with no potholes

Tourism Opportunities

there are many stopping areas especially at the damn.

Motorcycle Road Additional info

I would recommend this route at least once,and it will loop back to Portland if there is no snow early or mid-summer is best.
