Written Directions

Starting at the junction of Highway 18 and Issaquah-Hobart Road, head south on 276th Ave SE to Ravensdale, then east on SE Kent-Kangley towards Kanasket and veer south to Cumberland. Check out City Hall for the tacos and great live music. Hit the Green River Gorge Rd heading northwest to Black Diamond.

Scenery

This route is a favorite of local riders heading out for an evening ride during the summer. It winds through beautiful rural roads, over rivers, and past lakes and parks.

Drive Enjoyment

The pavement is excellent the entire route, and has plenty of twisties and sweepers.

Tourism Opportunities

If you want to explore a bit, check out Cedar Grove Park on the Cedar River and Kanasket-Palmer State Park. City Hall in Cumberland is a great roadside pub, where you'll typically find hundreds of bikes on Thursday evenings during the summer.

this is a nice country ride. traffic is usually light or it is brisk. forests and farm lands. very relaxing.
