The route starts in Lisbon - Sintra - Ericeira - "bidos - Figueira da Foz and Aveiro.
Scenery
All along this course the mix between mountains, beautiful beaches and some forest. It?s a coast route.
Drive Enjoyment
The roads are good with some curves in "Serra de Sintra" and in some parts of the course, but most of all the routes are to enjoy the view.
Tourism Opportunities
The first stop is in "Cabo da Roca", which is the most ocidental point of Europe continental. Then we?ll pass Sintra, UNESCO world patrimony. The ride goes along the coast till "bidos, a village very beautiful surrounded by castle walls; Nazare where the Hawaiian Garett McNamara surfed a Guinness wave of 78 feet. From there we go north till Aveiro following the coast with very beautiful views.

I have a very sentimental connection with this tour, because meets with a lot of my life memories.Lisbon/Cascais/Sintra is where my adult life began. First university - in Lisbon we have 2 that are on the top 30 of the world. For me Lisbon is our capital and one of the most beautiful cities in the world, along with Barcelona.
Cascais is where I live and is a very touristic city along with Sintra. The most touristic and famous cities of Portugal. Here we can find the finest hotels/restaurants with seafood as well as the best golf fields of the world. The Casino in Estoril is the biggest of Europe and one of the best.
Nazare is where my mother, long time ago, spent her summer holidays and just 20kms north - S?o Pedro de Moel is where I spent my summer holidays. This places mean a lot to me, where I go on by motorcycle every time I can, because the mix between the sea coast and the great pine forest is very relaxing.
Figueira da Foz and Aveiro are also beach cities where I spent my army time. Aveiro for me is where we can find the best pastry shops of Portugal and has "a ria de Aveiro" that is a canal river that crosses the city and has it famous boats that offers a nice tour.
