Back into riding after a 30 year hiatus. Still working so time is limited. This is a ride I take visiting friends or when I need a quick fix. Little traffic and good roads. Enough curves to keep the grin going.

I enjoyed this ride, also. Very nice scenery! I went past New Roads towards Marksville, which is a straight shot for most of the way, but there was some breaks in the sugarcane fields with oaks close to the road and a random chimney or two set out in the middle of a field (old refinery chimney for the sugarcane?) The casino at Marksville was a fun destination. Turned around that afternoon and had as pleasant a ride back taking this route. Thanks for sharing!
