Written Directions

Oh, how I wish I could make this more exciting! But some days are just for going fast and putting miles under the wheels. Very simple: get on I-80 E for 365 miles and stop when you get to Kearney. That's it.

Scenery

This was the most tedious part of the trip. The road slowly descends down the Wyoming range and flattens out in western NE. Lots of flat farmland and pastures, broken up by the excitement of windfarms. That's right: the excitement is windfarms. When I rode this trip there were long sections of 1 lane due to construction.

Drive Enjoyment

Turn up the music. Drink and energy drink or two. Memorize the lyrics to a song. Find a way to keep your attention on the road.

Tourism Opportunities

Sadly, truck stops and gas stations are the main tourist places to stop on this drive.
