The route starts at the intersection of Hwy A and Hwy YY in the village of Krakow, MO, in Franklin County. Head west on Hwy YY for 10.8 miles. Turn right onto Hwy C. In 1.1 miles, keep left at the fork to continue on Hwy YY. The route ends in 2.6 miles at the intersection with Hwy Y, approximately 9.5 miles north of US 50 in Gerald, MO, and approx. 8 miles south of Hwy 100 in New Haven, MO.
