This is a nice relaxing ride. We live in Ormond Beach and this is usually a go-to route for us. My only complaint is the traffic on A1A especially if there are events going on. But once you get to Ponce Inlet it lightens up and there are some nice houses to look at and the beach area is nice and fun to take a walk and find some shells.

Nice ride along the coast. Several bars/restaurants to stop at along the way. Look for the pirate house, pirates hanging over banisters, along the building...

I don't reccommend this route during rush hour, but if you hit it in the morning as the sun come up or evening as the sun goes down. It is a beautiful beach ride. I plan on doing it again. I went from St. Augustine to Daytona and it is a great ride.
