Motorcycle Type : Sport - Touring

Nobody calls this road the head of the dragon. That said, it is a great ride what's lots of sharp twisties and a bit of gravel here and there though that may have been wash out due to rain. Give it a sighting lap before pushing hard.

Head of the Dragon is an amazing ride. They have added the Fire of the Dragon component on Route 16 which is curvy and scenic. It leads to Coalwood, WV, home of the Rocket Boys. A movie was made about the young men from this coal region that became NASA engineers named "October Sky." Fantastic ride and a beautiful region to explore unspoiled by Interstates and over population. GREAT!
