Really a fun area. I can ride all day through the many different side roads. Excellent eats on both ends. The mountains and the ocean are beautiful. One can see Silicon Valley on one side of Hwy 9 and the Pacific Ocean on the other. Watch out for deer! Definitely hit Alice's, locals hit AJ's (Apple Jack's) just down the road in La Honda. If you're real lucky, you'll enjoy some live music from Neil Young (or now just his estranged wife) or Tracy Chapman, who live just up the road.

Fun, easy ride through the Coast Redwoods & PCH. Start and/or end at Alice's Restaurant for great food and all the camaraderie you could want from fellow riders and automotive enthusiasts. Can also grab good food & coffee in Pescadero!

One of my favorite Norcal rides. Start w/ breakfast or lunch at Alice's Restaurant then enjoy a nice twisty road through the redwood trees taking you into some nice sweepers in the coastal horse country and then to the PCH. What more could you want from a CA ride???

Backside of 84 has some of the best corners a road can have and the surface is amazing. Lots of driveways so be careful.
