If you haven't been to this park, then check the photos (which unfortunately have been shuffled and are no longer in sequence). You will not find a more colorful park in the USA! If you are in S.E.Utah, do not miss this. Read the description for details.

This National Park was absolutely amazing. All of the rock formations are incredible to look at and it was definitely a highlight in my trip to Utah. Check out the description of this route, it is super detailed and a perfect way to describe the route.

Well, it's not exactly a "loop," since you have to turn around in the Park. Nonetheless, Southern Utah is absolutely gorgeous. My '4' rating is for scenery, mostly; mind your speedo!
