This is quite a beautiful ride. As mentioned already, no gas stations in the park, but Geneseo and Portageville have places to fill up. Watch for deer as well,

The ride from Mt Morris down thru Letchworth State Park is a really nice ride with decent roads as of 2011 when me and my son rode it and there are some great waterfalls at the end

You are correct, this road is paved and smooth. This is a beautiful road for a ride. No gas staions in the park, so fill- up and enjoy the day. This road is especially beautiful in the fall. There are alot of overlooks to stop at, to view the gorge and waterfalls. If you are not familiar with the Park, grab a map and enjoy the ride. Speed limit is only 25-35 mph in the park.

Short ride through America's #1 State Park. Very beautiful with some long curves, tight turns, and if timed poorly too many tourists. Ride it off-season and stop at the many pullovers for gorgeous views and waterfalls. Head up to Geneseo afterwards and tour the National Warplane Museum.
