This ride is AMAZING. There is a stretch of canyon that is one of the most breathtaking scenes I've ever witnessed, and I LIVE here.

Best route to Leadville from the I-70 corridor. In addition to the twisties, it goes past the old 10th Mountain Division "Camp". The Colorado ski industry has its roots in the 10th as some members returning from WW2 were founders of the ski industry there.
