I've been driving/riding NC194 in cars and on motorcycles over the last 18 years. I absolutely love it, The only things that have caused me irritation are the occasional RV and slow poke driver that you eventually will get stuck behind. I just sold my house in Boone (off of 194) so I may not get to ride on it as much in the future. We'll see!

This road was part of a 10 day 2000 mile trip last spring. Great road for scenery with some nice twists and turns. Road conditon was fair to good. Definately recommend if you are in the area

Just rode this in Sept, 2020 and loved it. Will use it again when in the Boone area.
