This road is outstanding. For my money, for smiles per mile, this is probably the best road in all of Texas. The only problem is it's too short. I could see moving to the Hill Country just to ride this road. Way more smiles per mile than the overrated "three sisters".

Ok loved this short run. Starts out with some straight road with up n down hills, then a great big hill that is a blast. I'm pretty sure I saw a 11 centry medevile castle before I dropped into the vally into inks lake. From Hooverville to 29 is a great many turns and low traffic, lots of fun. I doubled back and did it again to that hooverville road that took me back to Burnet.

This is a very nice ride. Some mild twisties and hills - so it's a nice change from straight/flat. A couple of roadside stopping places that have really nice views.
I only wish is were longer!

I have made this run a few times. It has good turns and scenery as well as a great burger joint called Hoover Valley country store. Their burgers are great. There is also a nice castle up on one of the hills.

Great ride and view, just watch for deer, you will see them...especially toward dusk when they are harder to see.

This is a great route. 1431 to Marble Falls is also one of the greatest roads around. To top it off, there's a great biker bar at the N. end of Pk Rd 4. Turn left onto 29 and a couple miles west you'll find Reverend Jim's Dam Saloon. Enjoy

I grew up in this area. Every summer we would come out to Inks Lake, so I already knew how wonderful Park Road 4 was. Once I had a motorcycle, I couldn't wait to ride this road. I rode it in the Spring during bluebonnet season. It sure did not disappoint.

Great ride and great views just watch out for people pulling out of the parks or trying to find somewhere to park. My opinion is coming from Marble Falls to Burnett is the best route because you can get a quick view of the winery which looks like a castle.

Great ride with great views but you have to watch out for tourists in vehicles because they don't watch out for you. The local people will actually pull over if the see a motorcycle coming up behind them to let you pass.
