Motorcycle Type : Touring

I live in Garrett County MD and Rt 26 into PA is without a doubt my favorite, favorite road to ride. Simply beautiful! Chris must have missed Mike's Place, an eat eat-em-up joint along the way to Everett. We pulled in with 27 bikes last year, unannounced, and he and his staff graciously fed us. Good chow too! Gas up beforehand, though. Mike does not have Premium at his pumps.

My buds and I rate this as a great tune up for the Dragon. If anyone in your group doesn't care for twisties or they don't like to scrape pegs, you'll sure lose them fast.

This is a great road. The corners winding through the middle of the farms is very cool, kind of a WV scene. Runs out of twisties a little too soon but still a great ride.

A very overworked road in the grand scheme of things for Pennsylvania. It has a road or two that parallels it that are also good, but not as good as this. Last time I was on it the road was clean and clear with nary a worry about drama, due to road surface.

What a roller coaster! Loved it! Watch for occasional loose gravel, but the pavement is great. Has a little bit of every thing for everybody long sweepers, two 10 mph hairpins, great scenery. Highly recommend this one.

Mike's Place is a mom and pop diner with awesome food it is in Clearville on rt. 26. 6 miles before Everett.

The ride was great,the turns are like ribbon candy but a lot of loose stones in the corners.The bikes were getting loose had to ride slower than we wanted.
