Nice ride, went in early October. Very pretty. However, I thought the run from Mena to Hot Springs was actually prettier. Lots of overlooks into valleys from the road with no trees blocking the view.

Rode this on Memorial Day 2019 and it was great! Hardly saw any vehicles and the ones I did come up on were nice enough to turn in to the Vistas. I made sure not to crowd but they were very gracious and I was able to keep my pace going.

Great route and weather was perfect so I can't wait to come back in the fall and see the change of color to the trees. Very nice turns, elevation changes and road quality was better on the Arkansas side but the Oklahoma side wasn't horrible, just wasn't as nice as the AR side.

Recommend for anyone in a car or on a bike!

I actually have a question...if I plan to tour most of NW
Arkansas, will this route be much different that what I
l"ll see in NW AR?
