This ride was good, but the name of it is misleading. I was expecting to ride through some forest area but we didn't. Plenty of small towns and amenities (gas, food). Roads were in good shape and little to no gravel and well marked. Good ride with the wife or a group.

I live in Marietta and my in laws live in Glouster. I take this ride 15 to 20 times every year and its way underappreciated. Perfect 3 to 6 hour ride (whatever you want) and many places to branch off of to extend your ride if you want.

If we're picking nits here, this isn't actually a Wayne's Forest run. There's 3 Wayne's Forests and this isn't in any of the them. The closest you get here is 'Amesville'
So, with the Wayne's Forest part thrown out, it's still a solid ride. Certainly a fair share of twisties. Nothing too nuts, 60's kinda lazy, but 78 between Ringgold and Glouster makes up for it.
Solid ride with no 'forest.' :P

Mostly a boring ride good around the forest but otherwise nothing special.

We just rode this route on Sunday Oct, 10th 2010. The leaves were changing and it was an awesome ride with lots of color. Just enough curves to keep you alert and on your toes but still you could look around. The scenery was fabulous. Followed the Muskingum River on 60 to Marietta and had a great lunch setting on the Ohio River at a nice little pub I would recommend this ride to all

664 is a great road as well. Just be careful because there are ALOT of tourist down that way during the weekend(s). Old Mans Cave, Ash Cave and so on, are down that way. Definately worth checking out!
I haven't taken this route or rode any of these roads in a year or so. The last time I remember there being some "sand" spots every so often. Hopefully the roads have cleaned up since I last went. I plan on taking this trip quite a few times this Spring/Summer.

This was an awsome ride, I would say just the perfect amount of curves to keep your attention yet you can still relax and enjoy the scenary at the same time. I highly recommend this ride.

Have not rode it as a loop, but been on all the roads, As stated your not in Wayne's Forest, but still a decent enough ride, Those who like to cruise & tour along will like it more than those who like to play in the twisties.
