Really great roads and sights. BUT...no curves, woods woods and more woods. We had to force ourselves to stay on course as it became boring ride. 300 miles and we were so done. Was nice to do but recommend other riders to plan trip with a portion of the trail

Great trip on the Trace. Rode Nashville to Natchez on saturday and back on Sunday. Gorgeous road and scenery. Print off the list of exits and plan your stops as there are no advertising signs. No stop signs and no commercial traffic makes for great riding. 50 mph limit but we didnt see more than two police cruisers in 1000 miles

I first rode the Natchez Trace in 2007, and I've been back 3 more times since then. Three of the four trips were from one end to the other, and I can honestly say that if you're looking for high speed curves city landscapes, an overabundance of commercial traffic, or high altitude mountainous roads, then this road's not for you. But if you're yearning for a leisurely 50 MPH ride up and down a lazy winding road through a history rich area of forest and trees so neatly trimmed that the whole 400 plus miles looks like a well-kept city park... then this just might be one of the top two or three rides in entire United States.
Oregon's Hwy 101, The Blue Ridge Parkway, The Beartooth Hwy, The Tail of the Dragon, Yellowstone, and every other majestic ride in the country has something unique, different, and beautiful to offer but very few of them are as uncongested and relaxing as the Natchez Trace. It's all a matter of taste... and what you're looking for. For me... this is a 5 star ride. My hats off to all the fine folks that take care of the road sides, the rest areas, and the scenic stops along the Trace... Y'all do a great job! Thank you!

The best part of the Trace is the northern part from Tupelo to Nashville. there is a great place to eat at the intersection of the trace and Rt 100 in TN. The Loveless cafe is a 5 star place to eat. Turn right off the Trace.

Best paved road in Mississippi to ride on, almost no traffic, great scenery, plenty of little towns with great restaurants to eat at.
