Motorcycle Type : Touring

Really enjoy the part near Bardstown. Great town. Also, a lot of great distilleries nearby. My favorite is Markers Mark. It is less than a hour from Bardstown. Lots of great country road around there.

Quite pleasant! I wouldn't say I'd go very far just ride it, but if I was beading east or west I would take it again!

I made it past the county dump and had to turn around. Yes the scenery is beautiful, but this road is for adventure bikes ONLY. It's a horrible road and most locals claim it's the worst county road in the region. My bike, the R1200RT was getting beat up bad as well as myself so I turned around

We rode this on the Sunday of July 4th weekend. The road surface was excellent and the sweeping views lovely. We had no traffic to speak of. Everyone hurrying home was on the parkways, so we pretty well had the entire road to ourselves. You do through small towns, and picturesque ones too like Bardstown, but mostly your in central Kentucky country. Delightful!
