Ohio River Scenic Route 7 - East Liverpool to Wheeling - By Akumu

This ride is, indeed, pretty damned boring. It would be better if you could actually see the river as you took the road, but often it's not even that visible, like it is around Hannibal, Sardis, Fly and Matamoras. There's just businesses, homes, parking lots and land in the way. I can only imagine how easily someone is amused that they put this route up on here. There's a whole host of more entertaining, and scenic, roads in the area.
