Slab cruise. No twisties, just scenery. The scenery is pretty good in October, but no other reason to ride it that the OP's stops for MD history.
If you like better scenery and are going E to W or W to E try WV 48 (Corridor H) for a higher speed, lower traffic, no cops, better scenery ride.
