Ran this road both ways in a car in October 2021. Great road for those who enjoy pushing themselves. Don't bring a nervous passenger. Steep dropoffs all the way through and really challenging road. The southbound pass was better because you work your butt off all the way through the road then you get rewarded with a breathtaking view of the Ohio river valley at the end of the road before dropping down into the town. Road condition was superb. Nice asphalt.
