Have friends that have a place just south of Germania so we run 144 up to Galeton from Germainia, was up this weekend for the 4th of July and there is a lot of construction going on in this section, adding underground drain pipes and the cut-outs are full of stone, at this time there are approx. 10-15 open cut-outs with stone, loose and rough, be careful! The remainder of this road up to galeton could also use a repaving, a lot of patch work that is rough and bumpy especially in sloping corners.
