Scenic Route to New River Gorge - By WingWanders

Riding alongside the Elk River, down to the New River it was continuous twists and turns. Enjoyed seeing the Kanawha and Cathedral Falls, but the ride over Gauley Mountain was the absolute best!! We likened it to the Tail of the Dragon, but there are passing lanes often on the corners. There was a serendipity in finding the Hawk's Nest State Park along the way.
